App won’t connect just spins… can’t pay bills see transactions have to try many many times or go on computer. Sometimes I have to try back in an hour to get it to work. Very glitchy when it comes to establishing just the right internet connection for it to actually load. This version is trying to do to much and is awkward to navigate. Keep it simple and streamlined. The sign in is a pain to use if you have different cards. But trying to get updates or any other thing done is almost impossible. The app just doesn’t work! Weather I’m in Alberta or not the app should work. And now I can’t even get into my account. This is not a good solution for anyone. Please fix this problem. We need to use the app it pay fees for every transaction in branch and who has the time to go in branch anymore. If other apps can send updates why not this one? Tap Account Balances, turns green. Tap Add Account plus icon. Type a name for it, choose the Account, visibility as Both and Account Balance for Balance Display. Tap Add to Widget. Sign out and the account balance will display on the sign in page. (Only available for chequing accounts) ### 5/5 — So easy to use *2021-07-13, version 16.0.0* Love the App it’s easy to use and navigate through it! Love being able to set up my favorite transfers. ### 5/5 — Good Start for a Small CU *2021-06-17, version 15.1.33* Vision is moving in the right direction for online and app accessibility. Easy to pay bills, deposit cheques, and send e-transfers. Looking forward to the new platform that will released shortly. While this app does have some nice features it’s also more complicated than it needs to be and doesn’t work half the time! I miss the quick view and how easy it was to set up contacts for etransfer. I haven’t been able to set up new contacts since the app switched over no matter how much time I sit here and try. The old app had a button to push ( this worked very well ) now there is no button.
