Clicker the ‘forgotten password’ link, (even though I hadn’t), to be told a re-set link would be sent to my email. No link arrived, after going through the process several times! Sort it out! ### 1/5 — Shockingly bad app *2022-10-06, version 1.7* One of the worst apps out there. The point want to make things easier when booking locum days. What it has done is made it harder, half the days don’t appear. Support Team try to fix it but come back with no solution. The whole thing is shambolic. Worst app, poor support team barely get back to you. ### 1/5 — Works well but..... *2020-12-20, version 1.7* Where is the reward for hard working locums who have built and continue to build good relations with the customers and the staff. This app takes away that loyalty and RESPONSIBILITY and offers it on a plate to anybody who regularly checks their phone at work rather than engaging in what they should be doing. Rubbish app. Deleted ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-05-31, version 1.8* So I have used this app for years ever since it launched, initially it was good, for the past year, I have contacted both the app admin and the VE but they haven’t resolved the problem I even send them a video of the problem. I get a shift notification and even if I click on it straight away (and I’ve done this multiple times) there is no shift, they dont post shifts, so it’s either it’s doesn’t work and they don’t have a good team to solve the problem or the regular locum gets access first somehow. It’s very sad because I’ve been with this company since 2013 and I’ve enjoyed working for them as a resident and a locum and I love the stores I’ve worked in with no exception.
