However, even after completing the registration, the lecture notes or PDFs are still not visible in my app. I have contacted your helpline over the past 4 days — more than 15 times — and each time I was assured the issue would be resolved within 24 hours. Unfortunately, there has been no resolution so far, and my calls are now being disconnected or ignored. This is causing unnecessary delay in my preparation, and I request immediate action to resolve the issue and provide access to the promised study material.
