There is zero way to see if you’ve documented an observation except if you’re a supervisor which is troubling. I’ve had trouble with poor internet inside some areas so I never know if anything has gone through sometimes and feel that things can get either not reported or reported more than once if you keep hitting send. Hard to keep records. Wish that would be added.

There’s no way of knowing whether your documentations were saved, also there’s know way of editing your docs if needed.

My company who I work for has been using Vision InSites for a couple of months now and I like it. However, it would be nice if I can add photos or videos from the "Photo Library" like the I did on the VI website. I would appreciate that if this app has that option to add photos or videos for reports

Vision InSites is a great reporting app for security guards. It’s easy to use, intuitive, and helps create professional reports quickly. The support team is always helpful and responsive whenever questions come up. I’ve used other reporting systems, and nothing compares to Vision InSites. Highly recommend!

Phenomenal system that is very advanced, efficient, and comprehensive. Nothing like it! Makes products like track tik and silver trac look pedestrian at best. 5 stars
