It is built to do too many things rather than being specialized for one industry. Support has been among the worst I’ve experienced across multiple industries. It is expensive, overly complicated, and the UI is inefficient for how we actually work. At this point, however, it is so deeply ingrained in our business that transitioning away from it would be extremely difficult—so, for better or worse, it is what it is.

Been using this in the field for years now. It wasn’t made to work best on ios, many basic functions couldn’t be performed. It’s getting better, you can open a phone number now along with copying text from the app and pasting it elsewhere. It gets jammed up often. Like right now, just pulled this up in App Store because i cannot get the save button to light up when completed. Little things like this are a time killer, and these invoices aren’t getting friendlier.

The latest tech mobile app has been a major upgrade for our office.  Much cleaner UI/UX and easier for the techs to access what they need in the field.
