Thought I was getting money today to pay bills but none has come must have done it wrong! Stupid thing . Now have to choose a nickname but can’t have because all the ones I choose have already been used ### 1/5 — Withdrawals *2025-04-10* Very antiquated to use forms for withdrawing from pension fund. ### 1/5 — Investment strategy changes take far too long compared to other fund managers *2025-04-08* 4 days to change investment strategy makes it too difficult to minimise impacts and you continue losing money whilst the change is made. When the app actually opens it is just the web page for your phone, why bother with an app at all?? Not user friendly. ### 2/5 — Will not work in 2 devices *2022-12-17* This app has a very frustrating design flaw, you cannot use it on your iPhone and iPad. This is apparently a misguided and poorly communicated security feature. Misguided because it fails to recognise people legitimately have more than you device. Poorly communicated because instead of telling you your account is being accessed on another device it just says “reset your password”. Overall a very poorly thought out ‘feature’. ### 2/5 — You can’t have more than one device registered *2022-12-06* If you like to use both your phone and your pad to check your balance forget it , then for the mistake of trying to login using the wrong device you need to reset your password as the old is deleted when an unregistered device is detected. ### 4/5 — Very useful *2021-07-13* The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is- 1. When your balance screen opens there is no date, I like to screenshot the balance and look the next week. 2. The gray color! Why, it looks like your death benefits.
