Like a most efficient personal trainer, this app will give you lots of practice ideas, with specific goals. I jot down my personal notes and other thoughts in the little square at the bottom of each practice page (in English, in Japanese, or whatever language your iPhone supports!) and I can reference all those in my54 notebook section.
