The app has always had some issues, but recently it doesn’t work at all. Uninstall ing and reinstalling brought up a message that it doesn’t recognize the patient. Medical professionals should drop this app and work with one that actually works. ### 1/5 — App stopped working *2024-12-09, version 2.2.8* I liked using this to keep up with my allergy shots and now it’s not working and you can’t get app support because when you click on app support, you get redirected to a page saying the page no longer exists. When I open the app, it goes to a page that states “Whoops! There was an error retrieving data. Uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing works. ### 1/5 — Unreliable for Tracking Immunotherapy Injections *2023-10-18, version 2.1.21* I downloaded the Visionary Allergy Tracker App specifically to track my immunotherapy allergy injections as recommended by my doctors office staff. Unfortunately, the app is completely unusable due to a recurring error message: “Whoops! Something has gone wrong. Please try again.” I’ve tried troubleshooting this issue multiple ways, even asking for assistance, but no luck. Given that this is for medical tracking, the unreliability is particularly concerning. Those notifications stopped. My settings did not change. With their newest update, I can sign in using the app when I go to my allergist office for my allergy shot. No more cards. Also, I get notifications when I am due for my shot and even overdue. Plus, I get to see my shot history. It stopped working at one point, but it turns out that my allergist didn’t have his system up to date. Once they updated, our tracking worked again! Glad they could fix it! The one odd thing is that it says “due in x days” but then shows you your most recent shots - I think it should show your next shots there. It also always had a notification number on the app icon.
