This is an excellent idea and I think has a chance to replace the unnecessary and cumbersome machines. The system and software do need some work and have a way to go still. For example, syncing licenses was unnecessarily challenging and took forever for the three smartphone users. 

As the head of Marketing, I would certainly use this service again as long as it continues to improve.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback on the Visit Connect app. If you use the Visit Connect service moving forwards, we would suggest you synch your licenses before the event. The only time the app needs internet is during this procedure so if you do it on a strong connection then the license set up is simple. Took too long to connect to the database to be able to verify attendee info while they were still in the booth. Everything else was spot on. Very handy.
