## What is Visit Ready?

You know something has changed. But in a 10-minute appointment, it comes out as "I'm tired and I can't sleep" - and you leave with "it's just your age."

Visit Ready helps you walk in with one page your doctor can actually read.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Tick the symptoms you've been having, from a list built around what women actually report - irritability, anxiety and brain fog come first, not last.
2. For each one, note how severe it is, how long it's been going on, and how it affects your daily life.
3. Add what you've already tried, and the questions you don't want to forget.
4. Create a one-page PDF. Print it, email it, or hand over your phone.

WHY THE "DAILY IMPACT" LINE MATTERS
"Poor memory" is easy to wave away. "I lost my train of thought twice in client meetings this month" is not. The PDF puts that in writing, in your own words.

SYMPTOMS YOU MAY NOT HAVE CONNECTED
Joint pain. Acid reflux. Ringing ears. Itchy skin. Palpitations. Recurrent UTIs. Many women never think to mention these. They're grouped separately so you can see them in one place and decide for yourself whether they belong on your list.

YOUR RECORDS STAY ON YOUR PHONE

Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in Settings on your iPhone. Any unused part of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
