## What is Visitor Management B?

Turn an iPad into a professional visitor terminal. This kiosk app is the native reception companion to the B-CORE-IT visitor management platform, making guest check-in a fast self-service experience.

How it works:
• Enter your organization code, confirm in the dashboard – paired. No copying of long links.
• Guests check themselves in via QR code and check out when they leave.
• Visitor badges are printed right at the iPad via AirPrint.

Features:
• Choose the terminal type per device: QR camera or Bluetooth handheld scanner
• On-site badge printing via AirPrint – no server printing required
• Automatically applies your branding (logo, primary color) from the dashboard
• Central management: rename devices or revoke access anytime
• Built for continuous operation: ideal with Guided Access or MDM/Single App Mode
• Interface in German and English

Security & privacy:
• Pairing only after manual confirmation in the dashboard
• Device token stored securely in the iOS keychain
• GDPR-compliant, hosted in Germany
