Very helpful app with booking amenities and contacting building team with any questions or concerns. Super easy to navigate and use quickly.
Best property management app
The app was really easy to download and understand how to use. There were some issues when we first got it in the building to set up, But once we figured them out it’s been a breeze to use and work with! Super intuitive and I love the communication feature and being able to get an update on work orders versus having to call.

App never loads
Terrible. My apartment building uses this app for notifications and it rarely ever works. Most times it does not load and I have to delete and redownload the app several times. I often miss important notifications and cannot use it to enter important things such as maintenance tickets etc. The UI is easy to use however this truly is one of the worst apps I’ve used due to the immense amount of issues

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE
This is by far one of the worst Apps I’ve ever been forced to use. This App is the only way I know that packages have arrived at my building so I have no choice as it’s their system and ecology. It crashes constantly, doesn’t load consistently and keeps asking me to verify my phone number and inputting a login code. Then once I’m back in it crashes. The screen doesn’t load. When it does guess what? It crashes again. Then asks me to request another logon code. Then the cycle repeats. THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED BY FAR.
