## What is Visor Guide?

Visor Guide brings AI-powered work instructions, training, and troubleshooting to your frontline teams, right on their phones and tablets.

Create procedures in minutes. Trainers capture a process once—using the camera, voice, or existing documents—and Visor Guide’s AI assistant transforms it into a clear, step-by-step standard operating procedure (SOP). This SOP includes images and quality-control checkpoints.

Guide every operator like your best one. Trainees follow guided, step-by-step instructions with photos and voice support. Built-in quality-control checkpoints verify each critical step, ensuring work is done right the first time, every time, by every operator.

Troubleshoot with AI. When something goes wrong, operators describe the problem by voice or text and point their camera at the equipment. The AI troubleshooting assistant sees what they see and guides them through diagnosis and resolution in real time.

This release introduces a new custom video player with full-screen support, alongside a new video enrichment workflow for Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Backend and media processing stability have been significantly improved, fixing Android video compression bugs, and enhancing timeout detection for long video uploads. Rounding out the update, action image feedback has been moved to its own toast notification, and documentation was clarified to specify that supplementary content is intended for live troubleshooting.
