Saves a lot of time - Links to the original listings to view in the app or Safari There’s really no catch. It has features I didn’t even know I wanted and everything I always wanted! Edmunds and CarGuru can’t hold a candle this app! It’s a brand new app being developed by 2 brothers by themselves. It’s complex and hard to do. There may be a bug or 2 every so often but they work extremely hard to update and fix when something is found as fast as they can. Tried 5 times with my search filters and distance set up and it crashed every time. I was able to save my settings at least once and when I hit show listings it crashed again. I’m out ### 1/5 — BAD UPDATE *2025-08-18* The previous version was working smoothly. Now its been buggy and crashes often during a car search. Either a fix is needed or do not update to the latest version!! **Developer response:** Thanks so much for reporting this, sorry 1.1.1 gave you trouble. We have since pushed an update to the app to improve overall stability. Please let me know if you see any additional bugs on your end. craig@visor.vin. ### 1/5 — Horrible App UI on Ipad, then will not login to Webpage Version *2025-06-02, version 1.0.11* On Ipad have a Phone UI…a fraction of a window… unuseable scaling…ugh. Then when i try to go to website, everything is scaled but it can’t get me logged in to Plus…again UGGH… Not happy… ### 1/5 — App crashes *2025-05-04* I just purchased an annual subscription for this product. I’m going to contact Apple and cancel the subscription and payment, due the fact that the app continually crashes and closes on my iPad and iPhone. I also tried opening it in Safari on my iPad and it crashes there also. With the same data I could build a better app in a month. Get a subscription to Claude code or codex and start rapidly improving. Mobile interface I’m convinced they’ve never used. Simple ui yet somehow always difficult to use. Returns search results that should clearly be filtered out. Not what you expect for a modern mobile tool. ### 2/5 — iPhone app issues *2026-02-25, version 1.2.0* The app sucks on my iPhone, really laggy, no tabs to select brands and models right away , have to search then filter out sucks. When searching you can scroll the list in the search bar. Like the idea but hate the execution of the app. ### 2/5 — App is useless *2026-02-09* First time ever writing a review of an app. It will not filter by price. No matter what, i input a max price. It consistantly ignores my input and shows me vehicles way above my max price. Extremely frustrating and makes an otherwise great app useless! ### 2/5 — Very Buggy *2025-06-26, version 1.0.12* The app is very buggy. Some bugs stop the app from functioning so you’re forced to close and reopen the app. It is very frustrating at the price for the Plus version. ### 2/5 — Seems new *2025-04-05* Most likely a new app. Overall it’s well built but, somewhat buggy. It favorites vehicles you didn’t favorite on the main page and then they don’t show up in your favorites making your search confusing. You also have to back out of your search to view favorited vehicles which is also kind of annoying. I paid for the extra features but I haven’t had a vehicle show anything extra at all so I feel like that’s kind of a waste. Hopefully the app will get better. It has a lot of potential. **Developer response:** You are right, the app launched in the last month. This is the first we are hearing of this bug, do you mind emailing over some screenshots? As for Visor Plus, beyond supporting a consumer first car search experience - you get: manufacturer options filtering, private listing search, additional listing documentation (vehicle history report, window sticker, etc) and more. The free part of the app saved me so much time already I thought I didn’t need to pay for the plus. Eventually I realized plus might save me even more time since it has feature/option searches. Also bmw likes to hide the carfax in a different spot with every dealer so plus also pull that to the results. Thanks to visor plus and the saved filters. I eventually found the car I wanted with the features and price below market. The sales guy said I beat out 5-6 other leads who called after I did. Cars i’ve searched for on other apps and received 10 results are getting 5-10 more results on this app. 10/10 ### 5/5 — Best Available *2025-11-02* I hate having to provided my contact information to see basic details about vehicles. This app is an amazing tool to see everything I want in one uniform view. It made getting an awesome deal on my new car 100% possible.
