Froze up on me & wouldn’t send the photos & since the photos do not keep to ur phone after update couldn’t do anything but screenshot the photos in the app. Slow at everything, good luck getting hail claims worked. ### 1/5 — Still bad! Can’t give it a 0! *2024-12-12* They just put lipstick on a pig with this update. New interface but it doesn’t really work that much better. 30 photos take about 10 minutes to upload. ARE YOU SERIOUS! I have better things to do than wait. Then when taking the photos, after each photo is taken you have to press the photo option again just to access the categories. It should work that when the category is photographed (Left Front, VIN, etc) that option disappears so it streamlines the process. While using the app screen goes dim & can barely see anything. I have adjusted my phone to the brightest & still goes dim. My cellular service says the reason it goes dim is because the app is draining my phone battery so it goes dim to try & conserve battery. If app worked correctly it would be great tool. Doesn’t matter if you’re trying to look at customers, information, uploading photos, taking photos, or just looking at how many claims you have. There is no rhyme or reason to why this app closes or freezes. I have made sure it’s updated, made sure there’s enough space on my phone, I have called Sedgwick no fewer than six times to get some kind of resolution and nothing ever comes of it. You have to close out of it and get back into it often. There is also a bug in it now that overheats my iphone12. I have to quickly take my pictures before my iphone shuts off from being overheated. The overheating problem needs to get fixed soon. ### 1/5 — Recent updates cause app to crash constantly *2023-09-05* First off, thank you for actually having an app. That being said, the app has never been fully functional, but it’s slowing been getting there. Sadly, one of the updates within the last 2 Months has had severe negative consequences for the user. The app is causing massive battery drain, and crashes after about 2-3 minutes of use: consistently. I’ve tried installing/ uninstalling, I’ve tried multiple devices, and every form of troubleshooting that I know how, to no avail. Please, if you do nothing else, at least roll this app back.
