I literally have to search my booking every single time to view it and it is annoying. The my booking feature should show my booking persistently with other options around it as this is a least requirement of an airline app. Please fix this app as many say the airline itself is quite decent and I agree with that. ### 1/5 — Terrible app - it's just a front-end for the website *2023-02-10* This is truly abysmal. Like you can get all boarding passes in apple wallet; in one click. For Vistara, you have enter your phone; email address; home address; multiple times - per passenger per connection- to download the passes. It’s hardly an app, just a wrapper around their website which is also so bad that it competes with Air India on being worse. For almost everything, this app pulls a website which often times out. The app itself also signs out often. Utterly useless ### 1/5 — 3rd class app, unusable & non functional *2022-02-01* People get clue about the Airline service from your pathetic app , I registered app on 18th Nov 2021 and since than I sent many email about not receiving OTP on my UK number and just today (1st Feb 2022) they sort out the login issue, but unfortunately wait is not worth here , when I logged in and try to book flight I got confused by pathetic micro font design layout and user interface, company should ask for their own staff first how they like the app before releasing to general public, I would have fired the developer of this app straight away if I’m in-charge, extremely poor standard , I’m surprised how such a poor standard acceptable by company CEO? ### 1/5 — Poor implementation *2021-12-02, version 2.6.4* The app is broken at many places. It keeps giving error. Certain things are wired. I’m logged in, I have trips but I have to do is fine my trip and then they’re visible. There’s no check in option from the searched trip option. What’s happening? If you try and change the app crashes. Cannot book a flight because the phone number is a required field. Nothing much you can do other than book flights and manage the booking. Hell, you can’t even view your boarding pass. Horrible UX design, poor navigation and much of the times, requests simply return errors. And this is supposedly a full service airline. The app and website don’t match though. Even getting basics like activating account, checking in, user experience etc is shocking. It does do it’s job! ### 3/5 — Good app, but can be a lot better *2022-06-04* Overall the app is good and has all the functionality one should expect (online checkin, additional baggage, seat selection etc.). However the UI needs a bit of improvement and the app can seem quite clunky at times. Also, there’s a really annoying bug whereby if you have checked in multiple passengers and wish to add the boarding pass to apple wallet, after adding the first passengers boarding pass, it goes back to the main screen where you have to start all over again. Also didn't find an option to add the booking into the wallet like other airline apps. Some of the features offered in the app are good. But, I would recommend that when a booking is made, it should be available right on the front instead of searching for each time you log in. Needs a lot of work to be done to make it better. Just horrible. I don’t typically comment on apps, but this one is the worst. Trying the website is a little bit better, but not professionally done. Knowing this airline is partially owned by India’s tech giant Tata, this is surprising. ### 2/5 — Clunky & confusing user interface, needs to be at par with IndiGo’s app *2019-12-30, version 2.4.8* The app is clunky, retro, confusing, and feels more like a website and less like an app. IndiGo’s app should be the benchmark in terms of basic UI and functionality.
