Now it keeps trying to charge me $15 and I can’t get it to stop. ### 1/5 — Fraud. *2026-01-21, version 1.0.15* Signed up for a free trial and cancelled within the free trial period. Only when downloaded do they show weekly $15 subscription fee. The company have taken money directly from my bank and bypassed the Apple App Store. This makes it hard to cancel. I contacted the company and they sent cancellation link that does not work. I contacted my bank fraud line and have cancelled my bank card. I have contacted apple and no responce. Very frustrating, would not recommend this app. ### 1/5 — Stealing my money *2026-01-18, version 1.0.15* I deleted this app long ago last year after my trial ended and they have been taking my money weekly since. I filed fraud with my bank because no one ever responds to the emails I’ve been sending. This app is trash DO NOT get it and NO ONE ever responds to you. Let’s see if I get a response on here. I would put ZERO STARS 🤬 ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-01-17, version 1.0.15* It’s a scam! Misleading marketing and charges you even if you didn’t sign up to a free trial or a paid subscription. They market on IG as “$1” to download the app and takes your CC info. Once you download the app, it asks you to sign up to either a free trial or a paid subscription to which I didn’t sign up neither and it still charged me $14.99 each week. ### 1/5 — Overcharged repeatedly *2026-01-16, version 1.0.15* They charged me $14.99 three times in the last 10 days. Yeah, no thanks!! ### 1/5 — Scam *2026-01-15, version 1.0.15* Not the app advertised on offer for download. Only when downloaded do they show high ongoing subscription fees. No clear easy way to cancel. I have contacted apple and no responce, and contacted provider. ### 1/5 — They Steal Money *2026-01-15, version 1.0.15* This scam is disguised as an app. They will steal your money. They were reported to my bank and the $9.99 is still pending. They will not answer emails. You have to call your bank to dispute the charges. It’s a scam. Don’t pay these crooks. ### 1/5 — Fraud!!! Don’t download *2026-01-15, version 1.0.15* Don’t download this app at all or try the free trial period. Not only do they not cancel your subscription after requesting it many times but they the templates and reels are sub par and useless! ### 1/5 — Misleading subscription and repeated unauthorized charges *2026-01-15* I signed up for Vistory expecting a normal subscription, but instead my bank account was charged repeatedly and far more frequently than clearly disclosed. I was billed multiple times over several weeks, with no obvious warning or transparent billing schedule. Canceling was not straightforward, and I only realized the extent of the charges after reviewing my bank statements. This experience felt misleading and caused unnecessary stress and time spent contacting support and my bank to stop the charges. I would strongly caution others to read everything very carefully before signing up and to monitor their bank statements closely. I hardly use this story once while I do and I’m trying to get contact with him, you can’t get in contact with him. There is no way to properly control or cancel it from inside the app. Second, I have contacted support at least ten times. Every time I am told that I “don’t have an active subscription.” But you continue charging me $9.99 every single month. At the same time, I cannot even use the app. I cannot log in, and it keeps asking me to subscribe again — while you are already taking money from my account. This makes absolutely no sense. When you contact support, you only receive robotic responses that don’t solve anything. The instructions they send do not work. Very frustrating experience. I have sent them emails to and they still continue to charge my account. Str8 scammers. ### 1/5 — Do not download this app *2026-01-25* Hi Guys, I downloaded this app and paid for a yearly subscription of about $40 (around that range). I found out a few months later that they had been charging me $9.99 every month. I thought I mistakenly clicked on monthly subscription only for me to find out I chose the annual subscription and they had charged me way above the annual subscription. I contacted them tirelessly, but they kept pretending like they don’t understand English or what I’m saying. I asked for a refund and all I kept getting was not replies. Till now, there’s been no explanation for the overcharge and no response for my refund. This is fraudulent behavior at its best.
