Ordered food through it a few times and had no problems. When you place an order you might wonder if it worked but after a short time they give you updates like when the food is being made and when it’s picked up. Also they have awesome customer support! Had an issue and contacted them through WhatsApp and they were quick to respond and professional. Love the company and the service and happy to have the app even if it isn’t perfect. I’m sure it will continue to improve and better reflect the business quality. I would love too if there were the option to pay through the app with card!
