### 4/5 — Great.

*2026-05-27*

Great app, it just crashes pretty frequently.

### 3/5 — I got this app originally to look things up for personal use off line.

*2025-04-19*

Unfortunately as I purchased a bunch of parts now to see everything you need a subscription. I so tired of all the subscription business models, I used this once in a while why would I want to pay for subscription for it? I paid for in app purchase of the components to have everything in an off-line app. This is aggravating. Need to look for a new app that has all I need without subscription!

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand the frustration around subscriptions, especially for occasional use. If any items you bought are no longer working or accessible, please contact us so we can review your purchase and help resolve the issue.

### 4/5 — Great app

*2024-10-17*

I really like this app, I’m currently using it for the skeleton it doesn’t have EVERY single notch and fossa but it has majority, it’s definitely worth getting, wish I could see the skull separately but it’s great for what it is I also really like the isolation feature! It’s a good app you should get it!

### 3/5 — Great app, but not priced as shown

*2024-05-06*

The app itself is very good, easy to use interface and appears very detailed. However, you only get the muscular system and ligaments for free. Other systems are separate upgrades, with pricing shown in the App Store, with many systems all available separately. However, upon trying to purchase the musculature package for $19.99 as shown in the App Store, the only option I was given was $29.99 monthly, for a subscription based service. There is no option to select a system and one-time purchase, as I was led to believe in the apps store. Pricing in the App Store does not match pricing in the app. It is a bait-and-switch.

**Developer response:** Individual system purchases were available for the previous version of the app, since 2years we only offer the full version as a subscription, but we have not removed them so people who had previously purchased so can still use them today. I understand this can be confusing for new users, but no other way around it.

We hope you will update your review, we have worked and are working very hard on creating the best app for you.

### 4/5 — Where’s the female assigned reproductive?

*2022-10-13*

My only issue is that it cannot load up female assigned, reproductive system, only the male assigned. Other than that great app.

**Developer response:** Yes this will come in update, we are working hard to include all other anatomical systems first but then we will release an update which includes a female version as well.

### 5/5 — Multiple perspectives

*2022-08-01*

I am an artist —to have access to the bone structure from multiple perspectives gives me a good grasp on the anatomy. Plus it’s FREE —that never hurts.

### 5/5 — Great learning tool

*2022-06-18*

I use Anatomy 3D all the time as an artists learning tool. The functionality that shows layers of musculature and lets you toggle individual muscles on and off is incredibly useful.

### 5/5 — Fantastic app / have been using for years

*2022-02-05*

Highly recommend.

### 5/5 — This is great

*2021-12-28*

I have been using this to study anatomy for art, it’s perfect

### 5/5 — Life saver

*2021-12-15*

Long story short, I had an anatomy test over the skull and facial bones, and didn’t study at all. Got this app on the App Store and ended up getting a 100 on the test. 100% recommend for last minute review or studying!

### 4/5 — Cool app

*2021-09-18, version 1.0*

I really enjoying learning with this apt and simple to share n write notes

### 5/5 — A Wonderful App

*2021-08-12, version 1.0*

I bought all the optional layers. It very quickly responds when I touch to remove a muscle, say, to see a bone or organ beneath and then touch to replace it. You can then see their relations better.

### 2/5 — タダでは無いのね

*2021-07-19*

無料でしたので入れてみました。
最初に骨の図が出てきました。
筋肉を見ようとしたら課金 (purchase)を言われました。
まあ購入してもいいのですがとりあえず消しました。

### 5/5 — Very Food app

*2021-06-05, version 1.0*

It is too helpful

### 4/5 — This is Good

*2021-03-16, version 1.0*

This is good, but needs more improvements just in the respiratory system it needs more detail and more parts. And add more systems. But it is good

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — 👎🏼

*2024-02-18, version 2.5*

The app always took over 2 min to launch and now it doesn’t even work anymore

### 1/5 — Can’t even get into the stupid app and I paid for itWorst app ever,

*2023-03-19, version 1.8*

Horrible app not at all like described and I will persist in getting a refund

### 1/5 — Worst app ever,

*2022-10-16, version 1.8*

Horrible app not at all like described and I will persist in getting a refund

### 1/5 — Very lean. Too expensive. A very poor, overpriced reference.

*2022-07-17*

Regrets, b/c I always take my time and think twice before writing a negative review, but this one compelled me to do so:

First, if you are an artist looking for anatomical reference—forget it! Not this one. The app provides one male figure, in one statice position (no ability to move limbs, etc.); no female figure available.

I can get a lot more information with available free anatomical apps. I paid for this one thinking that I will have just that one more reference.

I don’t often get duped, but this one did it.

(If the developer is listening, I purchased the ‘muscle’ option for some $14+ and I would appreciate a refund.)

**Developer response:** it is possible to download the app for free and see if it fits your needs and you can see images of what could be purchased extra.. I don’t understand why you purchased the app if it was not to your liking. nowhere does it state the things you expected, I really don’t get where your expectations and harsh rating comes from.

You can always contact us for ideas you might have which we might be able to implement in future updates.

### 1/5 — Not enough

*2021-06-07*

Paid for full app, but doesn’t have the features required that you need

**Developer response:** Please check out the new version. A lot of information and new anatomical systems have been added (along with a lot of other things). More updates are coming.

### 1/5 — Double purchase

*2021-03-10, version 1.0*

I already purchased one one my phone, why I had to pay it again on my laptop?????

### 1/5 — Useless

*2021-02-22*

This application is completely useless. When you click on an organ system it doesn’t even tell you what you’re looking at it has no labels as to what you’re seeing. This was a complete and total waste of money and please do not purchase any of the additional contact, you will regret it.

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear that. There has been a major update (new information, anatomical systems, interface, etc), please check it out and see if it works better for you.

### 1/5 — Вы серьезно?

*2020-10-15*

Приложение на iOS и Mac OS разные и покупай дважды одно и тоже приложение ?! Вы серьезно?! Никогда такого не было + на другом IPhone с тем же аккаунтом опять покупать?

### 1/5 — Rubbish App no female anatomy

*2020-09-02*

Bought some items but it’s not obvious that it is only the male anatomy, misleading and will complain to apple for a refund.

**Developer response:** Yes, a female model will be included in the future in an update.

### 1/5 — Believe all the bad reviews here!

*2020-06-11*

If you want anything more than floating bones you have to buy each system just to see if it improves this app. After buying all - full version $8.99, Urogenital .99, Respiratory .99, Digestive .99 AND Muscular $3.99 (which all should have been included in full version) you will find all the promises are false. You can draw, and NOT save, search and navigation is a joke, and purpose to colorize system is worthless if it’s not listed. Two suggestions-1. If your a student - DONT BUY THIS ONE you will fail the class 2. If you buy YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED mainly because all these negative reviews told you so.

**Developer response:** All systems and functions are included in the full version (including future updates).
A major update has been added, with much more information, anatomical systems, details, interface etc (and more updates are coming soon)
Check it out and you can always mail us with specific requests.
However the app will never be completely free, that is not a fair request.

Amazing app good tool to help with my clients and better understanding of anatomy. Support is very quick and efficient would recommend.

### 5/5 — Add more question

*2024-02-26, version 2.75*

can you add more question for people who want to learn anatomy?

### 5/5 — Detailed and simple to use (free version)

*2024-02-18*

This app goes into great detail in both graphics and information. It also lets you isolate parts for a better view. The camera controls are also simple to use.

The only downside I see so far is the high GPU usage which could cause the hardware to heat up. To be fair, however, the high GPU usage is expected from a high graphics- oriented app.

Overall, it is great for the educational and medical fields.

### 5/5 — Great for Artists

*2023-12-16*

I am an Artist, I use this app to understand the underlying skeleton and major muscles and their connections. Great tool for med students and artists 😊

### 5/5 — Great app

Basically I am a civil Engineer, but like to know the physiological terms
Especially the bones with nomenclature is a great asset to me
