I’ve used this app to create personal goals, quite easy using preset goals and adding my own.

I’m also able to talk to my dream team of friends and family

This app is everything I needed to help me define and work towards my goals.
I think it is a terrific app and will be very helpful for all users. 
The digital story telling element will be a great addition for people to have their stories and medical histories in one place for health professionals to refer too without having to re-tell their stories each time!
