Can’t wait to get rid of this company and their product. They don’t upgrade anything and never fix bugs. ### 1/5 — Useless *2025-04-05* When you click on arrival it shows departure guest names. Useless app. ### 1/5 — Need some TLC *2024-06-24* I see much potential in the VMPMS app but it needs a lot of TLC. For example, when you first log in, non of the dashboard tiles display until after you switch menus and tap the VM icon on the top right hand side. As a promoter of visual matrix prior to the cloud based version I am thoroughly disappointed in this whole cloud based program app and system.
