You can’t draw pre fire plans with a iPhone or iPad they aren’t close enough to building outline, you have to use a computer with a mouse.

App was working pretty well, pre plan function was good as well as notification for calls. After last update a couple of weeks ago, the app won’t even open anymore.

The On Duty deactivation feature in the app isn’t working for me. I’ve uninstalled and installed it, rebooted my phone and still doesn’t work. Also when you are no longer on a particular call because your unit gets cancelled, we should be able to turn off notifications from that particular call.

Emailed support with pictures of the CADs with the correct address and how both Apple Maps and Google Maps will navigate to completely different addresses from what dispatch will send through Flow.

Love the app. Been using it for several years now in my department. The calls and pre- plans are outstanding. Is there way to get customized alert tones on the app for the iPhone? Or alerts that we can download from iOS and use those alerts other than the default alert sounds from an iPhone? I know android users can do that.  Thank you!

I just created a free account.  Every single structure has roof area the automatically measured and the fire flow calculated.  Can I get CAD messages going?

Looks like they added dispatch notification and mapping to the app!!  Pre-plans connected to incidents. Finally some useful technology for a fire department.
