This is a terrible app - purchased the premium to unlock features and there are no instructions and I can’t create my own schedules or storiea

I went into this app thinking I could create and print personalised social stories. When I went to print, it would not print as a book.

I thought I would see how much the premium was, just in case it was a premium feature. I clicked on the upgrade to premium to see how much it would be. There was a delay, then a cost was flashed on the screen, then it went to a processing payment pop up. It went through so quickly to processing payment that I could only recognise a couple of numerals. I had to check my bank and finally an invoice to see how much the payment was. I have contacted Apple straight away for a refund. While waiting' I checked if I could print the story as a books, and it still would not export as a book.  Still waiting to hear back regarding refund.

I deleted this app almost straight away. Free to download, I thought great, it looks great. Went in, and to use it you have to buy the premium.

Bought this app to use in my special needs classroom and it seems to be mainly for at home use.
Would like a refund please.

Lots of bugs… seems the buttons don’t like to work. I can click on them all I want, but can’t get it to open my schedules and stories.

Just in the sample stories and schedules I found several mistakes, including “quite” for “quiet”. The good news is if you pay to upgrade, you can edit this, but to me this app is still unpolished when there are typos to be found.

**Developer response:** Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry about some of the problems that you have found in the the app. We had fixed all such typos with earlier release, and the new release is now available to download. Can you please update the app. Hopefully you will not get any such issue now. We are looking further into the app and in case any other such issue is found, we will fix those too asap.
