How do you use a sms to initiate? Would like to use to help mother with her iPhone remotely. A few customers have trouble understanding how to use the app and cannot get it to work. The flow is nice though it’s slow. Says enter url & does nothing! ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2025-11-02, version 5.8.3* The queuing system doesn’t work - when you finally get to position 1 you will then drop to 2 or 3. It’s endless. Then if you do get connected to whatever company the app will crash you back to the home screen half way through the call. The application worked fine with no issues.
