Other apps make those words even harder to explain such as putting more hard words into that explanation and I have to search what those words even mean sooo annoying. The definition just doesn't make sense. Thanks to this app made my life much more easier! This app is a tutor's dream come true! Better than flashcards, vocabulary worksheets and all the other aids I've tried to get students to use over the years, the app puts the PICTURE in their minds, attaches the WORD and its definitions to it – and let's them HEAR the word, too. Kids always have their cellphones and they can easily snatch 5 minutes on the way to school or between classes. 5 minutes twice a day and they are done! The pictures are fun, evocative of the meanings; the definitions are concise and true; the quiz functions very helpful: Visual Vocab is a champion!
