One thing that is critically missing for the iPad versions is a mode where VisualEyes only responds to the Apple Pencil for drawing. That is, VisualEyes doesn’t have any “wrist rejection” when using the Pencil which is very irritating as I usually rest my hand on the iPad as I sketch. That is worth 1 stars — otherwise I’m very pleased with VisualEyes! ### 3/5 — I wish… *2024-12-08, version 1.2.0* I wish there was a way to press play on a comparison video in case the swings are off time.. I've been using this app for a few weeks and it is a GAME CHANGER! Thanks, VisualEyes Team ### 4/5 — Really good, still a work in progress *2024-01-29* I love the features, but recently the app “goes white” when I try to juxtapose 2 videos. As soon as I click on the double image, the app freezes in white and I have to exit the app. Still doesn’t work after exiting & restarting phone. Unfortunately if this persists I have to find something else to use asap **Developer response:** Hello, Thank you for the review. In the meantime, if you change the colors of the two arrow drawing tools on the single video analysis screen you should then be able to proceed to the compare screen. I use it for discus throwing coaching. I would be interested on the use of an arrow. On an iphone 11 I find a bit difficult to use the app with my finger, it creates a scrolling of the image. Now forced to use cloud and pay for usage ### 1/5 — Freezes and crashes all the time *2024-11-14, version 1.2.0* I pay for this app but honestly it just freezes and crashes all the time, spending so much time analysing videos for athletes for it to then not work isn’t acceptable, it just wastes time and has no value whatsoever ### 1/5 — Needs work but could be great. *2023-01-30, version 1.0.1* It’s missing one of the best things about coaches eye and that is that you can screen record while drawing and doing a voice over at the same time. It’s either one or the other, unless I’m missing something? But I tried twice so if it does have that capability then it isn’t easy to figure out. I have some athletes. With them I shared videos successful. Today I want to share again, but with both athletes it is not possible. I got an error message. **Developer response:** That error means the video has already been shared with those athletes. Right now a video can only be shared with the same person once, so if you try again you get an error instead of a clear explanation. The good news is that your athletes should already have those videos in their library from the first time you shared them. If they can't see the videos on their end, please email us at support@visualeyesapp.com with your account email and we'll look into it right away. We'll also make that error message clearer so it says what's actually going on. The VisualEyes team ### 3/5 — Compare Feature Does Not Work *2026-04-29, version 2.1.5* Very happy with the price and functionality of the app. Much better price compared to the bigger names in coaching apps. It would be the absolute best if the compare function worked…every time I try to choose a video to compare, the whole app freezes. Tried it with multiple devices. needs an update, then it will get 5 stars. ### 3/5 — Glitch *2026-01-17, version 1.4.0* When clicking the three dots in the top right corner, the menu appears then disappears in less than a second.
