Their subscription is not managed through the app store, and they intentionally make it IMPOSSIBLE to cancel their subscription on their website. I contacted customer service multiple times and sent them emails but all they did was delete my account without stopping the recurring payments every single month. So now I can’t even log back in to my account to try to figure out how to cancel on their website. It’s been 4 months now that I haven’t even used this expensive app and they’re still charging me. They say that the cancellation is simple but it’s not, and their website is unnavigable. Do not fall for it!
