Afraid to use it. Call 800. # and is okay we show not cancelled. I have to manually input the UPC of ever single product I want to check. This is timely and quite frankly annoying. I’ve been patient with this. But would like to see this fixed. Really simple to just snap a photo of my receipt and upload to submit my claim. Then I can check my balance and any documents (notifications) I’ve been sent right on the app. ### 4/5 — Can’t upload pdf in app *2019-02-19, version 6.1.200* I didn’t have any trouble logging in, but found that the only option for uploading a receipt is either from photos or using the camera. I access the receipt through the website and create a pdf that I then store in files on my device. I cannot access this to upload the receipt through the app due this shortsightedness. Please add the browse option for uploading receipts through the app. ### 1/5 — Requires separate password! *2017-01-19, version 4.7* I could easily log in to my account on their website but couldn't in this app. Turns out you must call them to request a separate password just for the app. This is so stupid. I didn't know and got locked out of my web login and had to contact them to get my account unlocked. You have to email customer support and suffer through 2 or 3 back and forth.
