## What is Vita?

The VitaHealth app lets you download your VitaHealth home exercise program to your smart phone or tablet.

You can see the exercises which have been prescribed to you in high-definition, clearly narrated exercise videos.

With “RehabWorks” you can securely report symptoms to your physiotherapist while performing the daily exercises from the App.

Your Physiotherapist can monitor your feedback to make sure you are progressing as planned and intervene when you need some additional support.

Important: this app is not intended to diagnose any condition. Your exercise program on this app will have been assigned to you after consulting with a healthcare professional. Please seek a healthcare practitioner’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.

This app is available to me through health insurance which I pay for, yet I miss one phone call and they immediately cancelled my physio plan? After leaving a voicemail saying that I have 1 week I think to call them back before they cancelled it. Absolutely useless

The idea of videos is excellent but only good for a month. Despite being reloaded by Vitahealth it keeps crashing out so I still can’t see exercises. Very frustrating .

Having an app to demo exercises and being able to interact with the physio by message is nothing short of a game changer. Videos showing exercises are excellent and app is easy to use. It does however lack flexibility- you can’t designate rest days and if you deviate from your plan in anyway the ‘adherence’ percentages annoyingly drop (Eg you drop a weight down due to pain). More user research on the metrics that are useful to the patient and their motivating / demotivating effects would be desirable.

Used this as part of a physio program. It lost my details several times, stopped be logging in even with correct details, crashed, failed to upload new exercises that where provided by the physio, failed to record the completed exercises and after entry of the pain score it stayed on that exercise even though you’d completed it, even highlights the pain score then you have come out of the exercise and do it all manually. Failed to record full program several times making it look like you had not completed any exercises. In my opinion back to the drawing board to resolve these issues. I have been using this app for 10 weeks and after each update it seems worse than before.
