I’ve been using Vita Nutrition for a couple of months now, first during my pregnancy and now while breastfeeding, and it’s become one of my favorite apps.

What I like most is how simple it is. Most nutrition apps expect you to scan barcodes, or measure things out. Vita uses AI to quickly give me a clear picture of the nutrition in the foods I’m eating and whether I’m getting what I need. It’s fast, and fits into my day easily
