## What is VitaCore AI?

VitaCore AI provides personalized fitness, recovery, and nutrition guidance based on your health and activity data.

The app helps you turn your health and activity data into a clear plan for today: what to train, how hard to push, and what to watch for in nutrition and recovery.

Start with example programs that you can adjust at any time or replace with your own goals:

• Improving body composition and building healthy routines
• Stretching hamstrings and improving mobility
• Improving cardio fitness with a VO₂max focus
• Building strength and a consistent training routine
• Reflecting on nutrition and making better daily choices
• Keeping an eye on recovery, activity, and progress

VitaCore can use Apple Health data, with your permission, such as steps, workouts, activity, sleep, heart metrics, and body measurements.

For coach responses, only selected summarized context data is processed securely – not your full Health history. Local app data stays on your device. You stay in control of which Health data you share.
