## What is Vital Energy | Vital Movement?

Vital energy is our fundamental life force. Prana, Qi, Ki - these words express the energy of life that allows us embrace a life of thriving excellence. Vital energy is the fuel of life and when it burns bright, we live with passion and a consciousness connected to our purpose.  Vital Energy Yoga + Movement is the brainchild of Ewa Bigio. Conceived as a bricks and mortar studio in Auckland, New Zealand, Vital Energy classes are designed to build mobility, strength and flexibility through movement training. Yoga, pilates, mobility and strength training classes complement each other to build balanced bodies. Vital energy training systems are now available on demand. The guiding ethos at Vital Energy is Quality of Movement for Every Body. As such in addition to weekly classes, the on demand library includes content for up-skilling on technique to facilitate ongoing education. 

On Demand Classes:
1. Time sensitive practice sessions : 10 min and 20 min sessions
2. Technique driven workshops and classes:
 Asana Breakthrough Club comprises 12 annual workshops each focusing on one individual pose.
Yogic Breathing + Down - Regulation Techniques 
3. Mother’s Guide to the Weight - Lifting Room: a handbook on weightlifting technique for women over 40 looking to start their weight training journey
4. Weekly classes added: Yoga flow, mobility training, strength training
5. Mix n match your warm up and practice : the on demand library offers the option to choose your warm up and practice for the day accomodating specific strength limitations and needs. Choose the warm up that suits you best  no chatturangas, dynamic, legs focused ) and the choose your practice of the day from Yoga Flow, Mobility Training or Strength Training . Mix n Match offers you greater freedom than ever to construct the practice that works for your body and present goals.
