 • Apply for shifts and track status with clear tabs: Available, Applied, Confirmed, Active, Pending Approval, Completed, or Rejected
 • Check-in and check-out with geofencing verification to confirm work location
 • View work statistics including completed shifts, total hours, average hourly rate, and total income
