i’ve been using this device now for over a year. The best thing is it helps clear my head in the morning, and helps me fall asleep at night.It’s easily the most effective thing I have to help me relax and fall asleep.

I’ve used a lot of wellness tools over the years. As a former ICU nurse I’ve seen firsthand what stress does to the body and I’ve developed my own toolkit for managing it. Nothing has been this effortless.

Six sessions in — relax, sleep, and focus modes — and the results have been consistent every time. I calm within minutes. I fall asleep faster and more deeply than I have in years. After a focus session I have a clarity that used to take significantly more effort to find.

What surprised me most was my six year old. High energy, easily distracted — she sat through a full relax session twice. Calm, engaged, present in a way I don’t often see. I wasn’t expecting that.

I’ve tried to replicate this feeling with meditation, breathwork, and other tools. Nothing has been this passive, this quick, or this consistent. You don’t have to work for it. It just works.

I believe in neurofeedback. This app will claim no connection with the headphones despite the headphones being connected. The programs will not work if you want to do a 10 minute session on a random Tuesday and there is nothing you can do about it. And sometimes you just get pushed out of the app in the middle of a session, to pay a monthly for this? Nah.

I am able to really overcome or achieve anything with even just one of the five minute sessions. The empowerment change in my mood especially has been increased every time after my sessions. I love this system and the many different modes it has. I used to have trouble sleeping. Now I do a short meditation and then a VN sleep session before bed, and I sleep soundly EVERY night. I’m recovering from a concussion, and using the computer gives me headaches. If I do cognitive modes when I am using the computer, I can stay on longer with fewer symptoms. The relax and meditate modes reduce my tension and "fight or flight" symptoms that the concussion causes. This system has made a huge difference in my life!
