## What is Vital Path?

VitalPath helps Apple Watch users understand when to train, recover, or slow down.

Instead of adding another dashboard full of charts, VitalPath turns Apple Health signals into one calm daily read. It looks at sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, recent workouts, training load, and other available Apple Health data to explain what your body state looks like today.

Use VitalPath to:

- See a daily body-state score with plain-language context.
- Understand the signals behind your recommendation.
- Review recent sleep, HRV, heart rate, activity, and training patterns.
- Keep training load in context before pushing harder.
- Use Widgets, Watch, notifications, and Live Activities for lightweight daily guidance.

VitalPath is designed for people who already wear an Apple Watch and want better decisions without buying another wearable.

Privacy matters. VitalPath reads Apple Health data on your device to create its guidance. Raw HealthKit samples are not uploaded by the app.

VitalPath is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or predict any disease, injury, or health condition. Use it for general fitness and wellness guidance only.
