Prepare for your next appointment with one private page that keeps your words separate from your Apple Health data. YOUR APPOINTMENT BRIEF Add the reason for your visit, up to three questions for your clinician, and optional context in your own words. Choose up to nine Apple Health metrics and a date range. Vital Report creates a one-page PDF that shows: • Your patient-authored text in its own labeled section • Selected Apple Health summaries for the chosen period • The immediately preceding period of the same length • Changes between those periods Your text is shown exactly as you wrote it. It never selects, orders, or interprets metrics. REVIEW BEFORE YOU SHARE Open and read the finished PDF before you choose Share, Print, Save to Files, or Save to Reports. Nothing is sent automatically. START WITH A PRESET AFib Check-in, Blood Pressure, and POTS Tracking preselect supported metrics. Presets contain no medical logic, and you can change the selection before generating your brief. Email, AirDrop, and Files exports now complete reliably. • Exports finish even when some metrics don't have Health access - skipped metrics are listed after each export so you can grant access for next time. • Clearer progress while larger exports run, with a live activity indicator and status updates. • Scheduled exports now report the destination that was actually used in your automation history.
