It connects to an app called LeFun, which appears to be for watches. The first go round, the ring connected to LeFun for about 2 weeks. No troubleshooting fixed it. After another week or so, I tried again and it connected. We’re on day 2 of connection. We’ll see how many days it lasts this time. **Developer response:** Our products are only sold in Korea. If not, please revise your review. ### 1/5 — Ring and App are absolute trash *2024-11-24* Downloaded the app for the ring and it isn’t connecting through the Bluetooth. The menu in Settings shows the phone can and has connected to the ring, but this app refuses to recognise the ring at all. The app that the near microscopic QR code in the “manual” pulls up does read it. The input for height doesn’t allow feet and inches, just feet. No decimal input, app looks and feels like it’s unfinished. How this garbage ring gets such high reviews elsewhere is incomprehensible to me. Now I have now been getting bogus charges on my credit card. This whole set up is to be avoided. UPDATE: The developer writes to say that they only sell in Korea, which fails to explain why I was able to (1) buy the ring in the US of A and (2) download their English language app from the App Store. a ANOTHER UPDATE: The developer again writes to say they only sell their stuff in Korea. That’s interesting because I bought a Vital Ring in the US and downloaded their app in English in the US.
