Some recent change makes you find a location first and then check available dates which is backwards to me. As a donor , I want to search by available dates and locations. The currrent set up makes me have to find a convenient location, select it, confirm and then find it’s not available when I want to go. Can you fix this? It’s made finding locations and times so challenging I can’t do it in one sitting and I’ve gone longer than expected btwn donations.

Unable to make an appointment. Search function has no date ranges. Distance filter is greyed out. Worthless. I’ll use the website.

So it says there an update, but when I go to the App Store it never updates. It just keeps spinning. Using a iPad; haven’t tried the phone yet.

Basically useless. Donor can’t filter donation opportunities to when the individual is actually ELIGIBLE to donate, can’t see dates of blood drives, not sure what it even CAN do.

The app has never been all that great, with clearly very little thought given to usability. The new release is only slightly better, with one main problem being the usability of text boxes. Every time you tap into an empty box (for a promo code as an example), the keyboard slides up and covers the box you’re trying to type into, so the user cannot see what they’re typing, and there isn’t any way to drop the keyboard down to check. This also prevents the user from using copy/paste as an easier way to enter because once you get the cursor into the box, it’s hidden by the keyboard and one can’t tap again to get the “paste” option to appear. This is very basic app functionality that shouldn’t be missed so badly.

The last update caused my app to not load. It constantly shows the start up screen for app but constantly cycles drawing the V with the purple background. My iPhone is running iOS 18.7.1 . App support is non existent so I'm giving the app a poor review because it literally doesn't work

I’ve had the app for years and I cannot log in anymore, ever. How am I supposed to keep making appointments when this doesn’t work? This isn’t a stupid game. They need to fix it ASAP! People are depending on donations and donors need easy access to appointment scheduling! Fix it now!

I have had to constantly change my password but it never resets. Somehow they had my birthdate correct but listed as a minor. 
Called support numerous times and they have zero idea how to fix anything. 
Worthless app.

The app does not prompt to fill in the user and password for log in. You can’t even copy/paste into the fields. As a regular donor You could stop the relentless phone calls and text messages to me if your app worked. I haven’t donated for about 8 months because of this failure.

I have tried this app multiple times since downloading about 6 or so months ago. Just tried again still doesn’t work. Only writing review because “support” link doesn’t work either. I verified my email and password on the .org website and even used all uppercase for email since for whatever reason my email appears that way in my profile. Previously it would lock out my account but now just says “invalid credentials”

I used to be a regular donor, but using the app is such a hassle that I've cut down on donations.

There is no way to sort or limit the search by date. And each drive listed doesn't show you the date. It show you the location and the hours, but not the actual day. If I want to donate soon I have to click on each drive to find out when it is. Having to click through four or five that are weeks or months out is frustrating. So I give up and keep my O neg for myself.

The Red Cross app in contrast always shows the date and both lets you set date ranges, sort by date, and always lists the date of the drive on the list (it doesn't in the map which is annoying).

I’ve tried to use this for a while, and there is always some component that doesn’t work. At first I could sign in but the appointment would never transfer to the donation center, so I’d show up to donate and they didn’t have my reservation. Then I’d try to do the waiver on line and that never worked. Now I can’t even log in to the app. Tried to reset the password and that didn’t even work. The app was always up to date, so that’s not the issue. I want to donate blood, but this app makes me want to go to another company. Please fix this app!
