This revolutionary app allows you to measure the balance and power of your autonomic nervous system in real time.
 
The autonomic nervous system is one of the two major control mechanisms that control our bodies. The two major control mechanisms are autonomic nerves and hormones, but autonomic nerves are instantaneous, and hormones are continuous.
 
Autonomic nerves are involuntary nerves that operate independently of our will and control functions essential to life activities, such as heart movement, breathing, body temperature maintenance, perspiration, digestion, and metabolic endocrine secretion.
 
The autonomic nervous system consists of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nerves, and the sympathetic nerve becomes dominant when the body is active, activating the body. The parasympathetic nervous system becomes dominant when you relax and allows your body to recover. The secret to staying healthy and young is that during the day, the sympathetic nervous system is dominant and activates the body, and at night, the parasympathetic nervous system is dominant and regenerates the body.

Autonomic nerve total power reflects the level of energy and fatigue of the body. I am not convinced the app is accurate. Sometimes the pulsing heart shows numbers but sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes you see the pulsing heart and sometimes you don’t. I purchased premium but the app is not consistent in publishing the results. There is no contact info for support.
