VitalFit est une application informatique innovante capable de générer des programmes d'exercice physique individualisés, en combinant les connaissances et l'expérience de plus de 20 ans d'une équipe de médecins, kinésithérapeutes et entraîneurs d'élite, avec les directives et recommandations de l'UE et de l'OMS en matière d'activité physique, de nutrition et de santé.
