## What is Vitality Crew?

Vitality Crew gives enrolled coaching clients and their coaching teams one secure workspace on iPhone and iPad.

Clients can:
• See today’s priorities, assigned plans, and weekly progress
• Log workouts, nutrition, habits, and reflections
• Complete weekly check-ins and share progress photos
• Message a coach with text, photos, documents, and voice messages
• Join authorized group coaching chats or learning communities
• Manage notifications, account security, and permanent account deletion

Trainers can:
• Review assigned clients and check-in queues
• Coordinate plans, notes, schedules, and messages
• Follow up on clients who need attention

Admins can:
• Manage clients, coaches, programs, check-ins, communications, safety reports, and operational settings according to their permissions

Access automatically reflects each account’s role, active assignments, and program type, including Personal Training, Group Coaching, and Disciplined & Devoted. Face ID or device passcode can protect the saved session, push notifications open the right task, and camera, photo, and microphone access is used only when the member chooses to attach or record content.

An existing Vitality Crew account is required.

Staying connected with your coach just got a big upgrade:

- New Messages hub: start a conversation any time — message your coach on any topic, create separate threads for training, nutrition, or anything else, and reach the Vitality Crew team directly.
- Group chats: chat with your coaches and community in one place, right inside Messages.
- Sharper chat photos that display at their natural size, plus push notifications for new messages.
- Check-ins: upload longer check-in videos and see the exact date each check-in was submitted.
- Fixes: resolved an issue that could cause the Messages screen to keep refreshing on iPhone, and corrected check-in week labels.

Onboarding is smoother: the profile photo is now optional with a clear skip option, and camera-roll photos upload reliably. Check-ins open as a clean photo-and-metrics recap, progress photos fill with a tap, and your place is saved as you go. The Plan tab adds a day browser with tap-to-log exercises. Meal plans gain per-meal options and a faster editor, chat images display cleaner, and notification preferences save instantly.

Check-ins are now much easier: add several progress photos at once straight from your camera roll, move through a simpler step-by-step check-in, and see rest days right inside your training program. Also includes reliability fixes for photo uploads and workout logging, plus your workout log now saves automatically as you go.

### 1.0.11 — 2026-08-18

Cardio programming now has its own dedicated space: coaches build simple cardio plans — daily steps, machine sessions, and weekly targets — separate from training programs, and clients see their cardio plan right beside their training program, complete with exercise visuals. Cardio plans for migrated clients have been restored. Billing setup is also smoother: clients can securely save a payment method before a plan is assigned, and pricing displays are clearer throughout.

Program and workout history now displays more accurately across client, coach, and admin views, with richer workout details, safer program reconciliation, more reliable library editing, improved onboarding avatar uploads, and refined contract-library presentation.
