I love how simple and easy il is to use the app. As well as how my fitness bands results are easily integrated into the app for me. Another really cool feature is being able to message my coach in the app anc trake my food and water there as well It really has all services locateo in one place.

The app is easy to use and provides very useful data in how you are trending in your food and exercise habits that help you reach those long term goals.  The accountability and encouragement from the coaches is great.  I like the variety of workouts to choose from each day.

The team of coaches for Vitality are wonderful. I work with Todd, specifically. His coaching and feedback have helped me lose significant body fat and gain muscle. The accountability partners in the group are great also, we share recipes, discuss supplements, encourage, etc. Can’t go wrong with this app and this community!
