## What is Vitality Weeks?

Your life is roughly 4,680 weeks.

Vitality Weeks turns that number into something you can see — a single grid where every week you've lived is filled in, and every week ahead is waiting.

Open the app and the first thing you notice is where you are. Not your age in years. Your age in weeks. The dot on the grid that says: you are here.

— REFLECT EVERY WEEK —

At the end of each week, write a short reflection. What was the highlight? What was hard? Rate your energy. Over time, you build a private journal of your life — one week at a time.

— SEAL A TIME CAPSULE —

Write a message to your future self. It seals for 52 weeks. When it opens, you'll remember exactly who you were and what you were thinking a year ago.

— MARK WHAT MATTERS —

Add milestones to your grid — graduation, first job, a move, a loss, a win. Choose from 22 icons. Set reminders so you never forget an anniversary.

— LEARN FROM HISTORY —

Every week, get a notification about someone who accomplished something
remarkable at your exact age. Around 12,000 facts, each chosen because you'd
recognise either the person or what they did — science, art, sport, business,
history — in 5 languages.

— SEE TIME DIFFERENTLY —

Switch between weeks, months, and years. Each view gives you a different perspective on the same life. The weekly grid is granular and honest. The yearly grid is sweeping and fast.

— PREMIUM THEMES —

Unlock Obsidian Gold (dark luxury) and Retro OS (System 7 nostalgia) with a one-time Pro upgrade. The free Deep Teal theme is designed to feel calm and clear.

— YOUR DATA, YOUR DEVICE —

Everything is stored locally. No accounts. No cloud. No tracking. No ads. Your reflections, capsules, and milestones never leave your phone.

### 5/5 — Uncomfortable in a good way

*2026-03-09*

The weeks view is kind of brutal, but that’s the point. I added a few milestones and now I actually think about what I’m doing with the next year.

### 5/5 — Great widget, great vibe

*2026-03-09*

Love the design. Feels like a little terminal for your life timeline. Weekly reminder is low frequency and doesn’t annoy me.

### 5/5 — Thank you for downloading!

Hope you enjoy my project and please leave feedback if possible.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.3.4 — 2026-08-20

The age-based facts have been rebuilt from the ground up.

Every fact now has to clear one bar: you should recognise either the person or
what they did. Thousands of forgettable entries were removed rather than kept
for volume. What's left is around 12,000.

At 10, Tatum O'Neal won an Academy Award. At 34, Kazuo Ishiguro won the Booker
Prize. At 81, Alice Munro won the Nobel Prize in Literature.

— WHAT CHANGED —

• Tap any fact to see the year it happened and who the person was
• More variety day to day, instead of the same kind of achievement repeating
• Far better coverage in your teens and after 70, where facts used to be thin
• Every category is represented now, including history and military
• Fixed missing apostrophes, wrong verbs, and lines that cut off mid-word
• All of it applies in all five languages

### 1.3.2 — 2026-03-20

• Smoother grid interaction — tooltip now auto-dismisses when you scroll, no need to tap away first
• Bug fixes and performance improvements

### 1.3.1 — 2026-03-18
