## What is Vitallog?

Take control of your health data — privately, on your device.

Vitallog helps you track vitals, manage medications, and spot health trends over time. Designed for people managing chronic
conditions like hypertension, diabetes, or high cholesterol — or anyone who wants to stay on top of their health numbers.

  Track What Matters
Log 20+ health vitals including blood pressure, heart rate, blood sugar, cholesterol, kidney function, weight, BMI, SpO2, and
more. Create custom vitals to track anything your care plan requires. Every reading is classified against established
medical guidelines (AHA, ADA, WHO) so you can see at a glance if your numbers are in range.

  Medication Management
Keep a record of your medications, doses, and changes over time. Vitallog checks for drug interactions across your active
medications and flags potential risks — from caution to danger level — so you can have informed conversations with your
  doctor.

  Smart Scheduling & Reminders
Set logging schedules that match your routine — daily, weekly, specific times, or custom intervals. Push notification
reminders help you stay consistent, and your dashboard shows what's due today at a glance.

  Trends & Insights
View your data through interactive charts with selectable time ranges. Vitallog detects trends in your readings (rising,
falling, stable) and analyzes time-of-day patterns — like whether your blood pressure runs higher in the morning. It can even
correlate medication dose changes with shifts in your vitals.

  Health Summaries
Generate comprehensive health summaries covering your vitals, medications, interactions, and patterns. Share them with your
healthcare provider to make appointments more productive. On supported devices, summaries are powered by on-device AI — no
  data leaves your phone.

  Privacy First
All your health data stays on your device. No accounts, no cloud sync, no third-party access. Protect the app with Face ID,
Touch ID, or your device passcode. Export encrypted backups (AES-256) with a password only you know.

  Also Includes
  - Imperial and metric unit support
  - VoiceOver and Dynamic Type accessibility
  - Reduce Motion support
  - Medication dose change history
  - Skip tracking for days you miss

## Version history (last 4 releases)

### 1.5 — 2026-06-21

Minor bug fixed and enhancements to graphs

### 1.4 — 2026-04-23

What's New in v1.4

Bugfixes:
  - Smarter scheduling: Every-N-days and monthly schedules for vitals now work correctly — items only show as "Due today" ontheir actual scheduled days.
  - Full medication scheduling: Medications now support the same flexible scheduling as vitals — weekly on specific days, every N days, monthly, or custom intervals.
  - Consolidated reminders: If multiple items are due at the same time, you'll get one combined notification instead of several separate bings.
  - Tighter trend charts: Charts now zoom in on your actual data with less empty space. Each vital has its own adjustable zoom level for when you want to see more context.
  - "All" history by default: Opening a vital's chart now shows your full history, not just the last week.
  - Better early-logging behavior: Logging a reading well before its scheduled time now correctly clears it from "Due today."

### 1.2 — 2026-03-26

Bug Fixes
- Due Today decluttered: Only shows the next due slot per vital/medication instead of all remaining slots
- Early medication log confirmation: Tapping "Log" on a medication >1 hour before its scheduled time prompts for confirmation
- Schedule reset on early log: Logging a custom-interval vital (e.g., weight every 48h) before it's due prompts "Reset from Today" vs "Keep Current Schedule"
- Notification fix: .amNoonPM schedules now use stored times instead of hardcoded values (was firing at 8pm instead of 6pm); all notifications are rescheduled on every app launch to prevent iOS from silently dropping them

New Features

- No Schedule option: Vitals can be set to "No Schedule" — loggable on-demand without appearing in Due Today or generating reminders
- Schedule start date: Schedules now have a configurable start date (like GCal repeating events); no due items or notifications before that date

### 1.1 — 2026-03-24
