## What is Vitals Flow?

Vitals Flow — your health, tracked privately on your iPhone. No account, no subscription, and your readings never leave your device.

Log the numbers that matter and watch them trend over time:
• Blood pressure, weight, heart rate, blood glucose, body temperature, blood oxygen, and body fat
• Scan your blood-pressure monitor to log a reading in seconds
• Clear charts and trends for every vital
• Gentle daily reminders so you never miss a log

Build better habits:
• Quit smoking or drinking, build a streak, or cut back gradually
• See your streak, the money you've saved, and your milestones
• Log cravings and slips without losing your progress

Everything in metric by default (kg, cm, °C, mmol/L), with imperial a tap away.

Go further with Pro:
• Sync with Apple Health (read and write back)
• iCloud sync across your devices
• Connect a Bluetooth body scale for instant weigh-ins
• Unlimited habits, trends, and an Apple Watch app to log from your wrist

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 2.1 — 2026-08-14

Pick your AI model from a list.

Settings › AI Provider now offers the models a provider supports as a menu, instead of an empty box you had to type an exact id into. Typing one is still there, as "Custom model". Models that have been shut down are no longer offered, so you can't pick one whose every call would fail.

### 2.0 — 2026-08-12

See what your slips line up with.

• On a quit or reduction habit, Vitals Flow now looks at whether your slips tend to fall on shorter nights, less active days, or weekends — and tells you what it found, in plain words. It reports when slips happened, never why, and stays quiet until there's enough logged for the answer to mean anything. Pro.
• VoiceOver says what a control will do. Checking in on a habit, logging one against a limit, and marking a dose taken or untaken now describe their effect, not just their name.
• A new icon — a refreshed version of the same heartbeat mark. All three apps in the suite were redrawn together, so they finally look related.

### 1.5 — 2026-08-11

Your streak was one slip from zero. Not anymore.

• Streak freezes now come back. A freeze used to be a one-time allowance, so after a single missed day you were permanently one slip away from losing a long streak — however long you'd kept it going. Each freeze now returns 30 days after it's used.
• You can see your safety net. Once a freeze has been used, your habit card shows how many you have left, and warns you when there are none. Before, a freeze was spent silently.
• Settings matches the other apps. App Lock is now its own screen with a "Test unlock" button, so you can check Face ID works without locking yourself out to find out. Notifications have their own section, and Settings finally shows the app version.
• Fixed: the height field showed its unit twice until you entered a height.

### 1.4 — 2026-08-11

Your health month, on one screen — and what your readings actually track with.

• Month in Review (Pro) — from the calendar button on the Dashboard: what you logged and how each average compares to last month, your sleep, steps and doses taken, where your habits stand, and the symptoms that came up most. It also shows what your readings track with — like your blood pressure running higher on lower-sleep nights — drawn only from your own data, and only when there's enough of it to be worth saying. It reports the change; it never tells you whether that change is good.
• Symptom insights (Pro) — see what your symptoms track with: showing up more on lower-sleep nights, on less-active days, or on weekends, plus how often each appears and whether it's easing.
• Arrange your Dashboard — drag sections into the order you want or switch off the ones you don't use.
• Search your symptoms and medications, accents optional.
• Emptier screens help you start, a Done button on every keyboard, and pull past the top to add.
• A quick first-run intro: your health data stays on your device, no account, one-time purchase.

Fixes
• Walking/running distance and sleep no longer stuck at zero — if you turned on Apple Health before these were added, Vitals Flow now asks for access so they populate.
• A rare crash when medication reminders were rescheduled, and another while scanning a blood-pressure monitor.
• Month in Review now labels each change with its unit, and says when it's the systolic figure that moved.
• The "not medical advice" note appeared inside every habit card; it now shows once at the top.

Associations from your own data — never a diagnosis, never medical advice.

### 1.3 — 2026-08-07

Sleep, symptoms, and a smarter Dashboard — plus your Personal Suite, together.

• Sleep on your Dashboard — see last night's sleep from Apple Health, and it's added to your doctor-visit report.
• Symptom journal — log how you feel (a name, a 1–5 severity, when, and a note). It's included in your doctor report, so a clinician sees your symptoms alongside your numbers.
• A dedicated Activity view — steps and walking/running distance now have their own screen, with a Week/Month range, totals and daily average, and the full day-by-day breakdown.
• A cleaner Dashboard — a 7-day steps graph that always shows today's count and distance, with a link to your full activity history.
• Faster logging — one-tap "Use last" fills a new reading from your previous one, and an obvious typo (like a wild blood-pressure number) now gets a gentle heads-up before it can skew your trends.
• Personal Suite hub & widget — see your other suite apps at a glance and jump between them in a tap.
• Fix: steps now count for today, not tomorrow.
