A notification that says “hey you feral fool try to go outside between 9:30-11 today or 4-5:30” is what I’m needing. Thank you! Works great as both a standalone app and an iPhone widget!! Two minor feature requests: 1. On the “circadian clock” screen within the app, the text is very small & light for “solar noon” which makes it hard to read. It would be great if this text was larger or if it was listed at the bottom of the screen in the “solar windows” section. 2. On the widget, it would be great if we could add solar noon there.
