Definitely helps me keep track of the vitamins I need without over complicating things. Everything is in one place and easy to use. Also love that it doesn’t track my data. A must have if you take multiple vitamins and supplements.

I’ve always wanted to get into the habit of actually taking my vitamins instead of letting them collect dust on top of my fridge. I have finally found the app to help me do it. 

This app is not only helping me keep stay consistent, but I’ve also gotten some great recs for new vitamins I can add to my stack. And the interface is super cute! 

I’m getting my Vitamin D (something my doctor has been begging me to do), B12 and my multivitamin daily for like a month now. I even added in Omega 3 (recommended by the app for my skin concerns) for the first time. 

My skin is legit glowing. 

Can’t wait to add collagen to my routine and track my progress.
