I have conducted experiments by supplementing particular nutrients and found that the Vitastiq has been able to accurately measure the changes. I use it to see if supplements are shifting things and notice it accurately shows increases in levels of things like magnesium when I’m taking magnesium supplements. Obviously this can’t be used for treatment decisions but as a general wellness tool to monitor trends and the impact of different vitamins I take I’m happy with it. ### 5/5 — Great device *2019-05-16, version 3.13* Measures the levels quite accurate! Vitastiq has been a great aid to my training regime and the nutritional advice has been brilliant.
