The Vitology Wellness app connects you with your individually tailored wellness plan from Vitology Institute. Receive daily meal planning, exercise guidance, lifestyle modification support and motivation.

As a Vitology Institute patient, you will receive the specific content of your custom wellness plan in the app. Track your progress including calories, activities, body metrics, steps, water, and sleep in an interface shared with your Vitology Institute provider. Communicate with Vitology Institute in realtime through personal journals and direct private messages. The Vitology Wellness app is integrated with Apple Health. Choose to share your steps, weight and other parameters with the app directly from Apple Health.
