This app is useless for family members. I know my password but I can never log in. Tried resetting password and try to log in, says they have no account with that user name and password. Just an endless loop of frustration. I have to have the agency email the schedule to me every week. Worthless app.

2026-04: After recent "upgrade" it no longer lets me log in from iPad at all, the "progress" wheel just spins forever. Wish I could give ZERO stars.

Our caregiver org recently switched from using clearcareonline.com to vivtechnologies.com. I am VERY unhappy with the switch: - vivtechnologies.com website does NOT allow login via browser, you have to use the app. Ridiculous. To add insult to injury the vivtechnologies.com website has a phone number to call if you're having trouble. I called it. Bee-beep-beeeeep, the number is out of service. Thanks for NOTHING viv. :-( - THERE ARE NO MORE CAREGIVER NOTES. This is TERRIBLE! These notes were a key way I was keeping in touch with what's going on day-to-day. I'm complaining LOUDLY to our home care agency and will even consider switching agencies to one that does NOT use VIV. - The app doesn't respect iPad orientation, it's ALWAYS vertical.

What is going on that I can’t use Face ID anymore ? I also cannot see the time in my phone in the upper left corner when the app is open since the latest update. Very frustrating when you make changes that make things more difficult. Put the clock back. I’m trying to watch the time to check out with the app open and cannot see the time anymore!

This app is unreliable and frustrating to use. I have to delete and reinstall it every day just to make it work.
The task system is also flawed. When new tasks are added by the employer, you must first submit the original tasks and then go back and resubmit the newly added ones, otherwise the app won’t process them.
This wastes a lot of time and seriously needs to be fixed.

This app is super frustrating. It is not reliable at all. I have used multiple apps like this due to working in the home health field and this one is by far the worst I have ever used. You would think that since it is being used for large home health companies, that they would do their best to make it as user friendly as possible. The signature section does not open until after my shift is over, but I need the signatures to clock out or I don’t get paid. I am starting to believe that the location is not accurate either, bc I have now been receiving texts from my office stating that we are not “ on location” when clocking in or out, but the clients primary care givers, verify that we are on location. So what is going on with that? I know someone can loose their job over something like that.!!
